My bedroom door stands in Solidarity

I bet my door cares more than you.

Oh and I randomly feel like showing you a picture of the other side of my room [Btw my room is not as plain as it looks in these photo's..]

^Lights

Anyway, here's a closeup of the posters on my bedroom door, enjoy reading and please don't envy me: I don't want to walk in my room in 10 minutes and see they've been ripped up by a jinn or something:

A really good description of everything you'd want to know about The Wall.

Contains the top brands you should be boycotting..! I stare at this every 10 seconds so you should always come shopping with me to be on the safe side!

A postcard designed to be sent to a supermarket which you see selling israeli goods. I was given about 3 of these. Sent one to Tesco and gave one to my kind devout Catholic next door neighbor.

All that on MY door. Some Solidarity, eh?

Smile.

I had kids knocking on my door...

... Halloween! One little girl was dressed like a pumpkin, and im probably going to have dreams of me eating her tonight. Her [Im guessing] Brother was dressed as Batman, and he'll probably be in my dream too- attempting to save her or something.

Anyway thats besides the point. I am [not really] ashamed to admit that I really do not know what the purpose of Halloween is [apart from spooking/annoying/begging from your neighbors]. So I asked google and here is what I got:

"Halloween started by the name Samhain for a Pagan festival for the Celts of Ireland and Great Britain."
Notice: Pagan festival. OMG What is it with all these pagan festivals [Halloween & Christmas]? These going out and dressing like that are mostly Christians, not Pagans :/ Same with Christmas. Do not laugh at me If I start coming up with a conspiracy theory about this all. It really is quite suspicious

Brace yourselves, here's what I also found out:

"Afterwards people from Scottish, Welsh and English carried some versions of the tradition to North America. other western countries have celebrated the holiday as a part of American pop culture."
Lol why am I not surprised to hear this.

Enough said about Halloween...I doubt 1% of those going out 'trick or treating' know the purpose of it. And I bet it only goes on because supermarkets profit oh-so-much from it.

Smiley.

Blogspot wouldn't load

 ...

I tried a -huge number- of times today to get on my blog, or any blog. But anything 'blogspot' related just wouldn't load.

Sorry for anyone starting to get excited with this, thinking 'Wow so how did this Hero solve it?'. I didn't. I just tried for the -very huge number-th time to get on here, and it finally worked. Alhamdulilah. I still have no clue what was wrong, and don't intending on getting any clue about it because I'm back and thats all what matters right now. :)

Will post something useful in a sec. Let me think about it first, my brain is currently trashed with images of dresses [I have a party coming up...].

Getting high on Nasheeds

I haven't been listening to pretty much anything but dua's lately. MashAllah you find a huge variety of beautiful dua's..I think I've almost learn half of them now!

Anyway, so youtube has this new setting where you can scroll down, in the comfort of your own channel, and listen to anything in your favs.  Here's what have been getting me in the spirit to ..do something useful! [Honestly these Nasheeds motivate me so much...]

Thi sone doesnt start until about 40 seconds. Its about the Qassam Rockets ; )

& Here's another one that, if you understand it,should have you in TEARS:

This has such a cute meaning, tune and everything! [ignore where it says 'fateh'..nothing to do with that]

I need to stick my head into a book

I'm going to fail ever being a doctor if I don't buckle up and do some reading and writing...

& No, that revelation didnt JUST come down on me. I've always known it. Always said it. Always felt it. But hardly ever done anything about it- other than making a few [useless] timetables which I never stick to.

Boo to me!

Ok so now that im typing it on the white screen infront of me, I thought I might as well add something useful to this post because I don't want my blog to be as useless as my life.

I have come up with a list of  3  reasons as to why I  [and all Muslim young women/girls/ladies] should work hard:

1- We're muslims. Failing education and sitting at home receiving benefits is not only uncool; but its also HARAM.

2-We're women. Yes one day we'll have a huge family to look after or something [InshaAllah], but an educated clever mummy is the biggest gift you could give to your child. Educate a man and you've educated an individual. EDUCATE A WOMAN AND YOU'VE EDUCATED A NATION.

3 - We're Muslim Women. With all this rubbish going around that we are 'oppressed' and 'stupid' and whatever, the least we could do to defend our religion and ourselves is to be the WALKING TALKING LIVE EXAMPLES of the exact opposite! So get up and show them that Hijab is freedom. That YOU & I are a geniuses.
[Idk if geniuses is even a word, but sack that: we'll make our own bloody dictionary because we can do anything, InshaAllah]

You may think 3 reasons is not enough to persuade anyone. But believe me, read these three reasons very well: until the words cut so hard that you're cringing.

I'm off to study. Like NOW InshaAllah.

My favourite quotes

[You'll really like these]

The reasons why I havent put the peoples' names below the quotes are simple:
1- I don't want to waste space. [I'd rather waste space writing this: don't be surprised, it is me after all].
2- The person is probably dead [People from the olden days stole most of the cool quotes, you'll rarely hear anything worth posting here been said by todays humans] , so whats the point?
3- Half of them are probably anonymous anyway.
AND
4- I am the one who handpicked these fabulous quotes and put them here together for you to read, so if anything- I deserve the credit!

Anyway, the point is to read them and not mourn over the person who said them so:

"You are what you eat"
Oh gosh. Makes you worry,right?

"God is great, greater than America" ...Or as the Mujahideen would chant, during the Russian invasion of Afghanistan: ''God Is Great, Greater than Russia!''

"Those who survived the San Francisco earthquake said, "Thank God, I'm still alive." But, of course, those who died, their lives will never be the same again."
I kaughed so hard at this. Then realised that the San Fransisco earthquake was real...

"It's time for the human race to enter the solar system!"
(Because we're not already in it, are we Genius? ) You should thank me for not putting the persons name here, or else you'd want to go shoot their stupid head.

''Arguing with a fool proves there are two''

"Always forgive your enemies, but never forget their names."

" In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends."

"Speak when you're angry, and you'll make the best speech you'll ever regret"
[Haven't we all...]

''War doesn't determine who's right. War determines who's left.''

"Ten people who speak make more noise than ten thousand who are silent."

"Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake."
[...Its be the worst mistake you could ever make. Wow im such a poet]

"To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first, and call whatever you hit the target."

"There is only one thing more painful than learning from experience and that is not learning from experience."
[Theres a long list of people who I'd like to shov this quote in their face]

"Everyone wishes to have truth on his side, but not everyone wishes to be on the side of truth."

''Parents spend the first part of our lives teaching us to walk and talk, and the rest of it telling us to sit down and shut up.''
[Its part of their wisdom I guess...]

''A train station is where the train stops. A bus station is where the bus stops. On my desk, I have a work station...''
[ :(Dammit I DO need to get back to work]

"When women are depressed they either eat or go shopping. Men invade another country"
[I hope you're reading this, G. Bush]

Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed
[The person who said this is branded a 'Hero'..but sadly when we look at the people who work on this quote, they're almost always called 'Terrorists''].

Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.
[This is why Israel shouldnt exist..!]
